Flat-Rate Bidding: Training takes time. Because we are a teaching environment, jobs may take slightly longer than a rush contractor. However, you are never charged for student training time. Student wages are subsidized through community grants. We provide a guaranteed, flat-rate bid based solely on the final outcome.
Off-Site Fabrication: We maintain a fully equipped professional woodshop. Complex projects—like custom staircases or acoustic panels—are fabricated off-site to limit the noise and assembly time inside your home.
